Hello,

I have two Phones, but when I connect one of them (the same one always) to my PC (Windows 11), and I go to Windows Explorer, Apple iPhone, internal storage (I can see the available space), the folder is empty.

Whereas with the other smartphone, when I open internal storage, all my photos are present, arranged in folders (by month). If someone knows the solution, I’ll buy it.

    When you connect the iPhone do you check: authorize this device from the iPhone?

    Is the transfer mode also active?
