Hello, I have a PC with Windows 11 and I'm experiencing a fairly common issue with my network card. The problem is that the WIFI network becomes unavailable without a cable.

I have already tried several solutions, each of which temporarily fixed the issue but then stopped working:

- uninstalling the Intel Wifi 6 ax201 device and restarting

- the Intel update tool

I am looking for a solution, preferably a permanent one.

I have already seen a solution on this forum to fix the issue, but the driver in question is no longer available, at least I can't find it.

My identification number is:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7A70&SUBSYS_40708086&REV_11

Thank you in advance.

Hi

Have you disabled the option that allows Windows to turn off the card?

I can't find the "power management" category; here's what appears on my side. I should mention that I'm on a DELL laptop.

Are you saying that Internet access becomes unavailable?

There is no cable in a Wifi network

Is it a native W11 PC or an upgrade? (What model exactly?)

Is W11 up to date?

Have you installed the latest driver provided by DELL?

What is the version of the one you are using?

My Wi-Fi internet connection lasts a maximum of 1 or 2 hours before it cuts out, and I notice that the Wi-Fi logo disappears. I see in the device manager that my Wi-Fi card is not working and that there is error code 10 or 43. This is a native Windows 11 computer; my computer is a DELL G16 7630, with an i9 13900HX and 4070 version. I used the Intel tool and updated my driver with the latest Intel driver, which is version 23.60.1.2.

Everything seems fine

Have you contacted DELL?

Is the PC under warranty?

Yes, it is still under warranty but I preferred to ask on this forum before going to customer service, thank you anyway for the help

Through what you're telling us, the lack of power options in the card's driver suggests a hardware failure of the card.

To return to the power option, I noticed that I had an option regarding the driver energy; here is what I have. I don't know if this is the option you were talking about or not, but it's under a different display.
