Hello,
I’m desperately trying to connect to my company’s Canva account. I was sent an invitation. When I click the link, I enter my pro Outlook email address, but I don’t receive the verification code by email. I’ve resent the code several times and checked my spam and junk folders, but nothing at all.
I also tried to create a Canva account with this pro Outlook email address, and the same thing: Unable to obtain the verification code.
I’m completely blocked. Please help!?
