Hello, Is it possible to automatically prevent the MMS read receipt? Let me explain: the sender sends a photo and does not receive the read receipt even though they have enabled the option, but the recipient still received it.
a bit ambiguous your request.. what do you mean exactly?
you would have activated your receipt confirmation for the MMS and you think your contact could have deactivated your receipt confirmation? if you think that, that isn't possible..

Actually, it’s a piece of knowledge that suggested this to me; I don’t believe it either, because I don’t see how it could be possible.

I’m re-sending this

for MMS some models or messaging apps simply mark "send now" others may mark with a check (looks like a V) and if sending fails then it will say message not sent or similar.. if you’re not convinced you can try with a messaging app such as evolve or another.. sometimes more configurable with themes etc ....different from the base app... I use Google Messenger and to know that it has been received it tells me: sent now or since 4 minutes etc or not sent for MMS...

Good evening, So on my phone model, when I send an MMS, the delivery receipt is sent in the same way as for the SMS, namely as a new SMS "the person's name: delivered". The strangest thing is that for all the people I send MMS to, for only one of them I receive the delivery receipt "delivered", I don't understand.

Me too... when I send a photo I receive the read receipt for some recipients and not for others... weird... I don’t know where it comes from...

I receive delivery receipts but not read receipts... does that mean they deleted them without reading... thanks for your reply
