    Hello

    If the cartridge carriage of your EPSON Stylus SX215 printer does not move automatically for ink cartridge replacement, you can follow these steps to do it manually:

    1. Turn on the printer : Make sure the printer is powered on.

    2. Open the printer cover : Lift the printer’s top cover. This should allow the cartridge carriage to move to the cartridge replacement position. If not, proceed to the next step.

    3. Move the carriage manually : Gently push the ink carriage to the right or left to position it at the center of the printer. Do this slowly to avoid damaging internal components.

    4. Remove the cartridges : Once the carriage is in position, press the tabs on each cartridge to release them. Carefully remove them.

    5. Install the new cartridges : Take your new cartridges and remove them from their packaging. Be sure to remove the protective coverings (such as the adhesive tape) before inserting them. Insert the cartridges into the appropriate slots until they click into place.

    6. Close the cover : Once the new cartridges are installed, close the printer’s cover.

    7. Test the printer : Print a test page to ensure the new cartridges are functioning correctly.
