To get internet

Hello everyone, here I am in a mobile home in Steenvoorde with my Free mobile network. I have nothing to go outside to get a bit of connection. If I buy a phone with an Orange internet plan because it covers 80% here, can you tell me if that will work or if I absolutely need a box because here I have ADSL. Thank you for helping me, I don't know much about this field. Best regards

Hello,
We don’t see the need to buy a new phone; I believe today they are no longer SIM-locked, a plan is enough, but if you have a plan with a commitment and/or a phone "subsidized" by the operator’s subscription, we will keep paying.
No one can predict the quality of reception of a given operator at a given place before trying: invite someone who has Orange to your home.
The Box does not directly relate to telephone communication except indirectly via Wi-Fi; one must consider eligibility, and of course this adds to the plan; in a number of cases, because of this Wi‑Fi, you can reduce the phone’s data allowance. -
Hello,
no need for LTE/4G box for 4G/5G internet access, a smartphone is enough.
A box will only be useful if it accepts external antennas, so having an outdoor antenna greatly improves a connection that is a bit borderline, especially on 5G 3.5 GHz.
An indoor box with no antenna brings nothing.
Indeed cartoradio indicates a Orange tower near the highway ramp, while the two Bouygues/SFR and Free pylons are located a bit further north of the city.
Indeed, as Brucine said, no need to change the phone, changing the subscription and this SIM card is enough; if your phone has dual SIM like many today, you don’t even have to change, you just add an Orange or Sosh subscription.
And there you go, there you go, there you go ....
But alas, how tedious the line spacing is !! -
Thank you for your responses, best regards
