Hello,
I have an Acer PC, I’m running Windows 7 and for a few days now my PC has not recognized my 4 USB ports. In Device Manager, my 4 ports are identified as H, I, J and unknown device. All 4 have a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. When I click on them, it says: Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware code 37, except for the unknown device where it says: this device is not configured correctly (code 1). For ports H, I, and J, the drivers are up to date. For the unknown device, when I try to update the driver, it says the dependency group service could not start....please help me as I am at a standstill...kind regards

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 15.0.1
