Bose Acoustimass 300 subwoofer won’t connect anymore

Hello everyone,

Thanks for the how-it-works for the acceptance!!

For several days my subwoofer disconnects from my soundbar. Today it no longer connects at all; the status light behind the subwoofer alternates orange, then white and red.

I’ve tried all the methods recommended by Bose but nothing works... even plugging a cable directly into the subwoofer.

I’ve read several articles on this site; they talk about a faulty diode. Personally I don’t know much about it.

Could you please help me?

    If it is a defective electronic component, it is difficult to provide an exact answer about the nature of the problem remotely via a forum, see with an authorized repairer for a quote beforehand.

    Restore factory settings.
