Hello, my hard drive failed I think it's because of the heat I am in Paris do you have someone to recommend. Everyone tells me that they display very low prices and that in the end it costs a lot more on arrival thank you for your help

Hello,
The computer components heat up by themselves, although the ambient temperature influences it, but not more.
Hard drive of what device? If it’s a PC, go to a association to pay the least and not get ripped off by pseudo-diagnoses.
If it’s Apple, it’s another ball game, and what you call a “hard drive” apart from if your device is approaching ten years old, otherwise they are only SSDs nowadays, hard drives are from the old times, except for massive storage and NAS of course.
Best regards
