      Hello,

      It's a trendy term, a scam, that people use to qualify everything and anything.

      If it is indeed a fraud, it is a criminal matter; if it is a commercial dispute, it is civil, which in theory can be filed after exhausting amicable settlements.

      Outside the EU, we always have reason to cry, in the EU often as well, because in a criminal case of minor importance and if it can be proven, discontinuing is almost certain, and in the same circumstances the cost of a civil action is disproportionate to the value of the asset in question.
