Is titolo.ch a reliable site?

    Hello..

    Check on the Swiss Yellow Pages that the shop (address given in 'impressum') has the correct phone numbers indicated.. These are landline numbers..

    At first glance, the site looks good and seems to correspond to a shop with a physical presence..
    Watch out for customs fees!

      The store actually exists, there is a 'physical' address and fixed phone numbers.. But we can't guarantee anything 100%, even the best sites can have a 'bug' but their errors are quickly corrected.. This site is much more reliable than Aliexpress and other Chinese sites..
      This site seems correct to me.. (Check with the Yellow Pages to ensure everything matches..).

    Pump bringback order placed on Thursday was sent on Tuesday with UPS tracking number for delivery on the following Tuesday, signature required. I will let you know about customs fees if I have any!

      I ordered a pair of shoes. Two days later they told me it was no longer available by sending me an apology email and obviously committing to refund me in full. I was refunded within 3 days. Impeccable experience for me! I had 27 euros in shipping costs.

      Hi,

      As for me, I placed an order with Titolo on December 3rd and received my package on December 16th.
      First of all, the shipping costs are slow, even WAY too slow, and very expensive (€9.80: I live in France near the Swiss border). Then, no news and no emails sent by Titolo to inform us about the status of our order.
      Normally, on other sites, we receive an email when our package is in transit, or when it has arrived, etc., but with Titolo, nothing.

      The mailman came by on December 15th when no one was home and left a delivery notice, without any information, meaning, where my package was located. I had no idea where my package was, which pickup point I needed to go to retrieve it. But luckily, I live in a small town where there is only 1 pickup point as well as the Post Office. So I managed to find my package on December 16th.
      Oh, and also, if we don't pick up our package within 10 days at the pickup point, the package is sent back.

      Otherwise, no customs fees.
      Oh, and to finish, I sent an email to Titolo on December 12th to inquire about the status of my order because I was starting to worry, and I received no response.

      Honestly, I am satisfied with the product, but it's not worth it.
      Otherwise, Titolo is real, no issues with scams or fake sites or anything like that.

        The customer service is indeed very poor, but the prices are more than reasonable and the shoes arrive and are of good quality (5 pairs ordered, 5 pairs received). Long shipping but satisfied.
