I can't remember my lock code and I want to avoid factory resetting; I want to keep my data.

    Good evening,

    There is no specific "solution" for any particular type of smartphone, and CCM does not have a way to bypass the password (which we advise to note down to avoid such situations).

    As for the data, it is possible subsequently to back it up on an SD card or a computer.
