SanDisk Plus USB key not recognized on S25 Ultra

Hello,
Until now, my Sandisk USB drive was recognized without any problem on my Samsung S25 Ultra phone. Since that day, it is no longer recognized, when I connect it nothing happens, it cannot be found. It works perfectly on the PC, I have tried all the formats (I formatted it on a PC in Fat32, exfat, and NTFS) and it is not recognized either. I tried another Sandisk drive: the phone asks me which manager I want to open it with, I select the file manager, I get a message saying OTG charging and then BOOM nothing, no trace of the drive. The phone recognizes all other USB drives except my two Sandisk ones, it's crazy. I haven't touched these two drives which were recognized just a few days ago, my phone has also not been modified, no updates.
If anyone has an idea? Thank you very much in advance.

Good evening,
Reset the USB settings on your phone or update the firmware of the USB drive via a PC, as the problem may stem from a software incompatibility.

Hello,
Are you sure it’s a real Sandisk ?
Bought in a store or a recognized shop and not counterfeit ?
We can update firmware of generic Chinese USB keys, but well-known brands like SanDisk, unless they themselves offer a firmware, don’t bother.
Otherwise in Windows, ChipGenius might tell you more.
Post a report (created with the key connected) with ChipGenius, as explained at the bottom.Note: This is a tool to extract information about USB hardware (USB controller chip model, memory chip, etc.). It can be perceived as malicious software by antivirus programs even though it isn’t; I’ve been using it for years, nothing to fear.
Disable SmartScreen and real-time antivirus protection temporarily to download, extract everything, and run ChipGenius, or put the files in exceptions.
Otherwise it’s the same thing, behind a version at the bottom here on this archive site with a password (Indicated):
Run ChipGenius, and right-click in ChipGenius window, then close the small information window (which means the report is copied to the clipboard) with “Ok”, then use Ctrl + V to paste the clipboard text into your next reply.
