Hello,

I want to save my Hi8 tapes from my SONY camcorder to an external hard drive using August honestech VGB100 VHS to DVD 4.0 SE.

I am using Windows 11 and the software does not detect my camcorder, and I cannot change the audio and video settings of the program.

What should I do? Thank you for your help.
