Google Earth Pro Route not working at all

Hello everyone,

I've been using Google Earth Pro since 2020 with updates, but recently, the route from Paris to Geneva or others doesn't work at all, which is a problem for my work in IT.
.
I don't understand why when I click on route, enter under A, Paris with a street, under B, Geneva, Pont-du-Mont Blanc, then click again on route; nothing happens on the screen, only a white rectangle appears with symbols for a car, train, pedestrians; why is that?

If I use Google Earth online, the route works perfectly though!

    It's possible that the issue is due to an update of Google Earth Pro. Try reinstalling the software to see if that resolves the problem. Also, check that you have the latest version of the software. If the problem persists, you can try contacting Google support for assistance. It could also be due to a temporary bug. If that's the case, you'll have to wait for Google to fix the issue. Note that the route system in Google Earth is not as efficient and detailed as that of Google Maps. You might consider using Google Maps for your routes if the problem continues.
