Good evening,
I bought a license for the DLNow software and installed it, everything went well, but since this morning I can’t use it; when I click on the shortcut the window opens and disappears immediately, and moreover the shortcut gets deleted after the message telling me that it can no longer launch the software.
I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it, but it refuses to install again. I sent a message to the publisher who is surprised by this malfunction.
He thinks there is a problem with my computer; I checked with my antivirus but nothing was found.
If anyone has an idea and can help me, it would be very kind.

Problem solved, it was an unwanted software ""Segurazo Realtime Protection Lite" which is a fake antivirus and deletes .exe files from the computer without warning.
