Google Play Store won't work anymore!

Hello,
It's been a few days since the Google Play Store on my Samsung tablet 4.1.2 won't launch; it displays the following message: The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.
Help me! Please!

      Hello

      Samsung Galaxy S3
      Google Play is running but not installing anything
      I cleared the cache
      I reset my phone (I lost everything and I'm pretty pissed off right now...)
      And Google Play is still running in circles!!!!

      I need help... unless I get another phone...

    Go to settings > applications and find "download manager" and/or "downloads" (depending on the version of Android) in the column displaying ALL applications (not just the downloaded ones). One or both applications are marked "disabled". They need to be ENABLED.

    Then you restart and wait for the 97 app updates that couldn't be completed due to the Google Store to finish :)
    These updates might just resolve the minor issues you have been experiencing for the past few days or weeks...

    To solve this problem, uninstall the Play Store from the app, clear its cache, and delete the data. Uninstall it. Your Android will replace it with a factory version. Click on the new version and it will work. After that, update the updates.
