On July 1st, Samsung's integrated messaging service will stop. On the screen, I have a message that says: SWITCH.

When I press it, I go to a screen: "Default SMS app". I click on it and nothing happens.

I know I'm not great with this, but what should I do? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

Samsung is discontinuing its messaging app (SMS/MMS) that does not integrate RCS technology.

You will therefore need to use Google Messages, which will be the default app.

    See this article.

Perhaps install Google Messages if it hasn't been done already, then open it which will ask if it should be the default.
