Invisible text boxes or Word forms on PDF

Hello everyone,
I have a Word file with text boxes and shapes that display correctly in Word, but when converting to PDF, some of these areas disappear.

Hello Marina,
I was using Adobe. I found another software, Kdan PDF, and I no longer have this problem. On the other hand, I sent a file to someone; when printing, the PDF has no issue, but when printing the Word document, the same areas do not appear. For me, I was able to print the Word document in full.

without (the very expensive) Adobe, Windows has a solution: use the "Microsoft Print to PDF" driver to print, it generates a PDF, or again, File, Save As, choose "PDF" in the list.
That said, without the document we cannot see what you see.

Hello, I can't show the document. But with another PDF software I don't have this problem anymore. On the other hand, the recipient person has no problem, but the Word file displayed fully on the screen only prints part of the document. The same areas disappear.
