2 euro prepaid plan

Hello,

I already had a fairly modern mobile phone and I don't have a box but an ADSL modem.

About a month ago, for the first time, I bought the SIM card and the €2 plan from Free with the free booster option.

My problem is that I want to buy a top-up online and I don't see any option for the €2 plan. They are all more expensive.

I don't understand why, how, and what to do?

Furthermore, according to them, they say that the card is not registered, but sometimes it is, since I have access to a prepaid account in my name.

The world of mobile phones is not familiar to me... to say the least ^^
Thank you

    Hello,

as far as I know, this is not a prepaid plan but a regular plan, which means it costs €2 per month with additional charges for anything that exceeds its limits, but there is no recharge option.

      Hello and Thank you,

I was about to follow you when I received a text message: "Info Free Prepaid: your Free M pass expires on 29/01."

Recharge or buy a new pass to continue... Visit a Free Prepaid point of sale or go to prepay.free.fr

On this site, there is no option for €2!

      Hello,

Thank you. When I activated the chip and the plan, I checked that option because it is free for now.
