Remove the Free voicemail for the €2 plan

Hello, my disabled sister doesn't have the time to answer and is unable to use the answering machine. Do you have any updates regarding the possibility of stopping this answering machine service which limits the ringing time?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.138

    Hello,

    From what I’ve read, it’s not possible. I just tested the special code ##62# on mine and it doesn’t work, and I even deleted the voicemail number in the phone settings, still no success.
