Travel Package Option €2 free

Hello
I am going to England next week and I am looking to activate the travel option in order to use my Free plan at €2 once I’m there. I followed the instructions on the operator's website: https://mobile.free.fr/assistance/471.html
but in the subscriber area, I don’t see a "travel" section under options (nor an International section, for that matter).
I tried calling 3244 but the automated response told me that options can only be managed through the subscriber area.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have a solution?

      Thank you, jee pee. You have what is indicated on the Free website, but for me, the list of options ends after "directory and prospecting."

      Hello
      I have been trying to activate this option for several hours now, but nothing works. When I click to activate the option, I am not prompted to fill in my credit card information like in the screenshot above. It immediately tells me that the option is active, yet it is not working. Please help me, it’s urgent
