    I can't find anything online with what you've mentioned; are you sure it's the right reference?!

    For your information, in this context (aside from learning mode from the original remote control…), a universal remote does not allow for channel scanning and most of the TV settings either!

    What type of device are we talking about? On a television, I imagine, since you asked your question in the "television" section?

    If so, what is the model number and brand of that television?

    Hello, it's not easy to find the instructions for this Big Ben...
    You can try the auto pairing. Turn on your TV, hold down SET/PROG until the LED stays solid, then press POWER several times until the TV turns off, and release. Normally it gets saved.
    Otherwise search on Google "Big Ben ZS50703 manual".
