Leboncoin App on iPhone error message

Hello,
On my iPhone X and in the Bon Coin app, only in the messaging section, I constantly have a small popup that appears: "connection error, please check your internet connection before retrying."
I turned the iPhone off and on again without success. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and for the rest of the day it disappeared, but the next day, the popup returned.
However, the app works perfectly well, both the messaging and other functions. How can I stop these popups from appearing?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
Analyze application permissions via iOS 15 settings and later as well:
On iOS, notification management follows a different but equally complex model.
Access Settings > Notifications > Le Bon Coin to review the current configuration.
The option: “Allow Notifications” must be enabled, as well as the sub-options: “Lock Screen,” “Notification Center,” and “Banners” according to your display preferences.
iOS 15 and later introduce features like notification summary and Focus modes that can interfere with the immediate receipt of alerts.
Make sure Le Bon Coin is not included in the scheduled summary and that no active Focus mode is blocking its notifications.
Scheduled delivery settings can delay the display of notifications until pre-defined times, creating the impression of a malfunction.
The validation of network connectivity for WiFi and 4G/5G mobile data is:
receiving push notifications requires a stable and constant internet connection.
Intermittent connectivity issues may prevent synchronization with Le Bon Coin servers without the user immediately noticing.
Test your connection by opening several applications that require internet access and check the stability of your WiFi signal or mobile data.
Some mobile operators impose restrictions on the ports used by push notification services, particularly on prepaid plans or limited data plans.
If you find that notifications work correctly on WiFi but not on mobile data, contact your operator to check for any blocking on the TCP ports 5228-5230 used by Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Have a nice day.
