Hello,

I hope I'm in the right place. My son's PS5 Pulse Elite headset has cracked. I can't reach PlayStation by phone, and in chat, they don't understand anything. How do I make the warranty work? Who should I contact? Is it possible to get a return label? I want to specify that the headset is a month and a half old and my son takes great care of his belongings.

    Regarding the warranty, you need to check with the store that sold it to you!

    Generally speaking, the legal warranty does not cover this kind of issue. It is not a breakdown !

    To activate the warranty for your cracked Pulse Elite PS5 headset, contact Sony customer support or use their online contact form, specifying that the product is one and a half months old and providing a proof of purchase.
