One HDMI port for two screens: what solution?

Hello,
I have a problem with connecting screens and I need help.
My central tower (reference: PC Gaming Ryzen 5 5600Gt - RAM 16Go - AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 - SSD 500Go - WiFi - Windows 11 Pro) only has one HDMI port.
I currently have two display devices to connect:
a simple screen that connects via HDMI, (reference: MSI G2422C Curved Gaming Monitor)
a dual screen (two built-in screens) that also connects via HDMI (dual screen reference: JSAUX FlipGo Pro 16)
I would like to be able to use both screens at the same time, but since I only have one HDMI output on the tower, I tried connecting them to that same port (with an HDMI adapter). Unfortunately, it doesn't work: both screens display nothing.
I would like to know if there is a solution to connect these two screens from a single HDMI port (adapter, external graphics card, other type of connection, etc.), or if it is simply not possible in this configuration.
Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

What's your motherboard? Is there no DisplayPort output?

To extend a screen from an HDMI or DisplayPort, you need a very expensive box and the connection must use a specific standard.

There are several dozen B450Ms, it's just the chipset of the motherboard.

I have the impression that you bought anything, with the Gaming label without even the setup having a graphics card to play and being able to easily use multiple screens.

Well, to be honest, my budget was just very limited when I made the purchase.. I knew it wasn't the best, but I didn't really have a choice.. So there really are no solutions? :/

No, USB-C video is mainly used on mini PCs and laptops.

There are indeed graphics cards that have it, but it's around €600 plus the cost of a sufficient power supply, but at least you can really play with it, unlike the Vega 7.

    Hello,

Even though your AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 has only one HDMI port, it should have one or more DisplayPort ports, I think.

        Hello,

"Chipset B450M".B450 only indicates the chipset that manages the motherboard and M indicates that it is in micro-ATX format. You should at least add the brand of the motherboard (ASUS, MSI, or Gigabyte, etc.). Apparently, your PC only has the integrated GPU in the CPU. The solution would be to add a small dedicated GPU.

Doesn't your dual monitor use USB Type-C with DisplayPort standard instead?

It does have a USB-C, but my central tower has neither a DisplayPort nor a USB-C port.
