Hello, I have a Samsung A13 smartphone and until now it was enough for me to plug it into my computer to save photos and videos.

Now, when I plug it in, the computer tells me that the smartphone is empty, and if I click on download photos and videos, it tells me there is nothing to download, even though I see them in the gallery.

    Hello. After connecting the phone, swipe down the notification panel to check the "USB usage" option and try switching to "File Transfer (MTP)" or "Photo Transfer (PTP)" mode. You can also go to Settings > Connections > Advanced connection settings on your phone to check the USB configuration. Or simply restart the phone and the computer.
