Réception des mails FREE/THUNDERBIRD

Hello everyone,

After my email address was blocked by FREE (due to compromise), I regained access to this address on FREE and on THUNDERBIRD, which I use daily. I had to call FREE on a premium-rate number, but that's irrelevant since the result is here.

HOWEVER, there is still a problem that I can't resolve. I can no longer log into my BON COIN account; the password is not recognized and when, following the "forgot password" procedure, they send me a code by email, it never arrives. I contacted them via the website, and the only response I received was a satisfaction survey, even though I had no contact with them!!.

A daily newspaper used to send me an email every evening, but I no longer receive it. The CARREFOUR promotions, no issues there, they come through, and so do the letters from my bank. If you have any explanation or solution, I am all ears.

    By the way, which premium-rate number did you call Free with?

    The only number to call for this kind of problem is 3244, which directs you to abuse@proxad.net where you can explain your issue.

    With such a Free number it's free, with another one it's the price of a local call.

    Have you checked Free's webmail for your messages that aren’t arriving?

    Thank you for your response, I only have the email from FREE (former subscriber) and when you call 3244 they ask for the FREEBOX subscriber number, which I obviously do not have. There is a number reserved for former subscribers (0892 13 51 61) that I was sent by postal mail with my new password. It's the same with the FREE email, some messages do not arrive.

    I did receive a message this morning from the forum that moved my post, but the replies from those who responded to me are not coming through even though I checked the box.

    Hello everyone, the problem is still not resolved, despite the emails exchanged with LBC.

    However, I also notice that I am not notified when I receive a response from the forum (whereas for my previous questions, I did receive an email).

    Where could the issue be coming from?

    From those sending the code or from the forum for the replies?

    A problem related to FREE or THUNDERBIRD?

    A problem related to my PC?

    I want to point out that I also tried changing browsers and using my desktop PC instead of my DELL laptop.

    To no avail.
