FB issue

Good evening, my email account has been hacked and fraudulent messages have been sent to my contacts. Furthermore, I have received several messages on FB saying that a device has connected from Cergy, to which I replied no.
After this hacking incident, I immediately changed my email password, and when I wanted to change my FB password, I received this message:
You cannot make this change at the moment.
Indeed, we have noticed that you are using a device that you do not usually use, and we need to ensure the security of your account. We will allow you to make this change after you have used this device for a certain period of time.
What can I do to secure myself as I believe that this interference with the Cergy connection is preventing me from changing my password? I have been using FB for many years.
Thank you for your assistance.

As for this notification, the only thing you can do is wait for Facebook to unlock your account, and only they can do that.
