    So a laptop: with the brand and model, the year would be better.

    Have you tried holding down the power button for a moment to turn it off completely, then waiting a moment and turning it back on again?

    Hello,

    If you keep forcing it on and off, you will enter recovery mode.

    > Troubleshooting > Advanced options > System Restore

    Select another restore point...

    Choose one that is far enough back, if possible.

    IF the restore does not work, you will need to reinstall Windows, or another system.
