Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A14 phone and I want to transfer photos to my PC. The problem is that the phone is no longer recognized in Windows Explorer via the USB cable. How can I proceed?

Thank you

    Hello,

Check on the computer if they are not in Google Photos.

    Hello,

No, they are not in Google Photos. I tried to transfer them to OneDrive, but they stayed on the phone in the OneDrive app...

In fact, it's after an Android update 2 or 3 days ago that the phone is no longer recognized!

It all depends on the quantity... I never use the cable, I select the photos I want, then on share, I choose Create a link, which I send to myself by email... then all I have to do is open the link on the computer and place the photos in a folder.

    Hello,

Yes, that's how I proceeded! Now, to send from the PC to the mobile, apparently there's no solution!...

    Hello,

It works both ways when using the "My Files" app (which looks like a Windows folder) or a downloaded equivalent that allows you to view the files on the smartphone or PC, connected via cable or Wi-Fi.
