Webcam not working properly

Hello,
On an Acer Aspire All-in-One C24-195ES, Acer user-facing 5M webcam, Windows 11.
It is impossible to take a photo, error message 0xA00F424F appears. I have checked that everything is installed correctly and it is, but nothing works.
WhatsApp works with the webcam; it’s just for taking photos and videos that it gets stuck.
However, we bought 2 PCs at the same time, and the same problems exist on the second one. Is it an incompatibility with Windows 11? I haven’t accessed the BIOS because I don’t know how, unless there’s step-by-step assistance provided if a solution is found.
Thank you for helping me find a solution.
Best regards

Hello
To test
The error 0xA00F424F you are encountering is generally related to camera access issues in the Windows Camera app. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this problem:
-
Check the app permissions:
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Camera.
- Make sure camera access is enabled for apps, including the Camera app.
-
Update the camera drivers:
- Press
Win + Xand select Device Manager. - Expand the Imaging devices section.
- Right-click on your webcam and choose Update driver. Select the option to search automatically for updates.
- Press
-
Reinstall the Camera app:
- Go to the Microsoft Store, search for the Camera app, and try to reinstall or reset it.
-
Check for Windows updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and check for available updates.
-
Run the Windows Store app troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find and run the troubleshooter for Windows Store apps.
-
Disable security software:
- Sometimes, antivirus or security software can interfere with camera access. Try temporarily disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.
-
Check the camera settings in the app:
- Open the Camera app and check the settings. Make sure the correct camera is selected and nothing is disabled.

Hello,
I don't have a miraculous solution (probably a driver or software incompatibility if the machine is not natively Windows 11), apparently neither does ChatGPT.
But at the very least, honesty would dictate that we point out this usage when it is called upon almost systematically (except curiously for your own questions) and what everyone is capable of doing themselves.

Hello,
All of this has been done at least twice, nothing has changed.
However, a message appears saying:
PhotocaptureFileCreationFailed or VideoFileCreationFailed and code 0x80270200,
I'm wondering if it doesn't work because there is no capture file, which the text seems to suggest. This file may not be created during installation.
What do you think?
Best regards,
