F1 key not working on BIOS startup

Hello,
I helped my cousin build his PC a few days ago. We had some trouble and sorted everything out, but we're stuck on the last issue. The PC starts up, and the BIOS page appears:

The keyboard is connected and detected (not in the image, but usually it is), but when we press F1, nothing happens.
We have already tried resetting the BIOS and connecting the HDMI cable to the motherboard, but nothing appears in that case.
His configuration is:
- Motherboard: TUF GAMING B760-PLUS WIFI (Asus)
- Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
- Processor: Intel Core i9 13900KF
- Power Supply: be quiet! System Power 10 850 W 20+4 pin ATX Black 80+ Gold (Be Quiet).
- RAM: Vengeance DDR5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 5600 MHz CL40 - (Corsair)
- SSD: KINGSTON 1000G NV2 M.2
- HDD: Seagate BarraCuda, 3 TB,

Hello
Is it a wired keyboard? It's better with this type of message. Try F2 instead of F1 as well.
Otherwise, do a reboot with Ctrl-Alt-Del (if that doesn't work, it's the keyboard), and enter the BIOS with the Delete key.
This message simply asks to enter the BIOS to set the date and time, language, mainly, and exit saving changes; after that, you need to install Windows.

Yes, it's a wired keyboard, I will try all that today or tomorrow. And for Windows, we actually had everything ready but we can't even get past that page for now.
Thank you very much, in any case.
It happens with Asus motherboards.
