Issue on Nintendo Switch

Hello everyone. I'm sharing my problem. My brother bought a Nintendo Switch a few years ago. Not wanting to buy one for my son (so he doesn't spend too much time on it), I bought a few physical games, which of course were installed on my brother's console. This was so my son could play occasionally (I avoid the details). For the past 2 years, my son has had his own Switch and plays the famous digital games on his console using his uncle's account. Now, the problem is, I think my brother's console has been banned, and therefore my son can no longer play those famous games. When he tries to play them, his console asks him to synchronize with the original console (his uncle's), but it won't work. Is there a way to regain access to them? If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears. Thank you.

Hello,
If your brother's console is banned, it no longer has access to online services.
I assume that the virtual game cards are still loaded on the banned console, and that your son's console was able to access them thanks to the "Use online licenses" feature activated on your brother's account.
This feature allows you to play games on another console than the one where the virtual game cards are loaded, using the same Nintendo account, but both consoles need to be online to verify that the game is not being launched simultaneously on both consoles.
To eject the virtual game cards from the banned console so they can be loaded onto your son's console, your brother must desynchronize his account from the settings of his Nintendo account here: https://accounts.nintendo.com/portal/console
He will need to select the banned console, go to "Loading virtual game cards," and then click on "Desynchronize."

Hello. Quick question, probably silly, but my brother also has his own virtual card games. For now, he can play with his games. But if he desynchronizes, will it erase his already installed virtual games on his console? Thanks
And one last question. For now, on my brother's account, my son's console is not marked AS SYNCHRONIZED. So he will be able to synchronize my son's after unsynchronizing his own? That's right? Thank you.
Theoretically, if his Switch is banned and he has no access to any online services, even if he desynchronizes the account, there will be no changes on this console, and the already installed games will not be deleted. I do not have a banned console to verify this point.
However, I am surprised that your brother's account is not synchronized with your son's console, as you mention that your son was playing games "using his uncle's account." The same Nintendo account can very well be used on two consoles.
Could you please confirm that on your son's console:
If this is not the case, please try these steps first; perhaps that will be enough to grant access to the games.
Hello, Jean, you are my savior. He indeed has access to the games again by checking yes. He has to download them once more, but on his uncle's session. He can no longer do it on his session as it requires synchronization between the two consoles, which he can no longer do. Surely possible if his uncle desynchronizes his console, but we'll leave it as is. The goal was really to regain access to his games. Thank you again and have a great weekend.
Hello Jean, sorry to bring this up again, but I have a problem. I lent the console (my son's) to my nephew for New Year's, and he made the unfortunate choice to delete a virtual game to make room for a physical game. I'm trying to download the game again from the Eshop, and now it's asking me to link the two consoles again. Am I going to face the same problem? Or knowing that my brother's console is banned, is there nothing that can be done to recover this virtual game? Thank you, hoping that my description is understandable.
