My Nintendo Switch won't turn on (black screen)

Good evening, my Nintendo Switch is not working anymore. On Tuesday I lent it to my brother and he watched YouTube on my Switch, and the next day it wouldn't turn on. It happened overnight, for no apparent reason. I've been looking for a solution to turn it back on since yesterday, but it still won't turn on (the green LED on the dock lights up for ½ second, so it's not a battery issue). Online it says I need to reset it, but there are 2 types of resets: one without data loss and a factory reset. It was a bit later that I discovered there is a recovery mode on the Switch, but I can't access it (I believe you have to press the power, volume +, and volume - buttons). It says to remove the Joy-Con, the game cartridge, and the Micro-SD card, but still nothing. I left it charging for 24 hours but it still won't turn on :/ (I charged it on the dock and with another charger)

My Switch is 3 years old, I bought it new, it's the first version. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance for your replies

    After changing the battery and charging it for 24 hours, it still won't turn on.

      I’m thinking of buying another one and, if possible, transferring the data to this new switch. Do you know how to transfer data from one switch to another?

        My Switch has been out of order for a while now, and... it still is. I managed to transfer some of my data. If someone else has a solution or an idea, please? Thanks in advance for your responses.

    Today I tried to charge it but still nothing, however it gets a bit warm as if it were charging (I can't tell if it's charging or not)

    Hello

    I have the same problem but with a Switch OLED that is 1 month old and likewise it’s impossible to charge and to enter recovery modes.

    So I don’t know what to do.

    Have you found a solution?

      No, it still doesn't turn on.

      You can claim the warranty since it's only 1 month old.

    I tried doing the reset without having it plugged in but it didn't work. I tried charging it for 24 hours while removing the game cartridge, the SD card, and the Joy-Cons but nothing works ._.

    Which part makes my Switch unusable?

    While charging my Switch (which still doesn't turn on), I noticed that the Joy-Cons aren't charging either
