Hello, I can no longer access the games. A message appears on the screen: "The software could not be started. Please try again from the home menu." Thank you for clarifying.

Hello, the game data is corrupted. Most often, this is due to a defective microSD card.
You can check the status of the data for each game by going to the console settings -> Data Management -> Software -> Select a game -> Check Data Status. This tool will also prompt you to download the game again.
If the problem persists, you will likely need to change the microSD card.
You can also redownload the games directly onto the console by removing the microSD card from the console. Remember to turn off the console before removing the microSD card.
