Roblox crashes on launch on PC

Hello,
Since September 18, 2025, I have been unable to launch Roblox on my PC. Each time I open it, the client displays:
“Error, Roblox encountered an unexpected error. Click 'ok' to create support files…”
When I click on OK, it mentions dump files (e.g.: C:\Users\[Name]\AppData\Local\Temp\HYPDDDD.tmp), but nothing launches afterward; the window simply closes.
My configuration:
-
Windows 11 Home version 24H2
-
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics
-
GPU: integrated Radeon
-
Antivirus: Default Windows Security
What I have already tried (unsuccessfully):
-
Complete uninstallation/reinstallation of Roblox
-
Deletion of temporary files and the Roblox folder in AppData
-
Windows and driver updates (everything is up to date)
-
Test via Microsoft Store and through the browser
-
Run as administrator
-
Cleanup with CCleaner
-
Contacted Roblox Support → they say they are “aware of the issue” but with no solution or timeframe
Additional details:
-
On mobile (Android/iOS), Roblox works normally.
-
On PC, unable to access my private servers (which I pay for), which is very frustrating.
-
I read on the Roblox DevForum that some suggest disabling Memory Integrity in Windows and/or SVM Mode in the BIOS (AMD processors). Not tested yet.
Would you have a reliable solution to offer me?
Thank you in advance, Best regards.
