Hello,

I have a Servimat Armis decoder connected to a Téléco satellite dish, and for the past few days, when I press to change the channel or display the menu, the sound cuts out and a muted sound logo appears on the television. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Thank you

    Hello,

Well, I searched in the menu and online, personally, I can't find anything on this, so I would suggest resetting it, it's up to you!

    Hello

thank you for your response, I had thought about it but the problem is that the menu button on the remote also mutes the sound and does not give me access to the menu to reset...

      Hello,

Have you tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in?

What happens when you remove the TNTSAT HD smart card for a minute or two?

Try turning it off or putting it in standby for a minute or two, also see with the Power – Standby button on the front panel.

Check by removing the batteries from the remote control as well.

Try to confuse it by switching from one mode to another with the "TV/RAD (Radio...)" button to see too.

Press the "MUTE" button to see as well.

<<30. MUTE: a) in viewing mode, successive presses mute or restore the sound.
      b) in settings menu mode, activates or deactivates the sound beep.>>

    Hello

Eventually, the problem came from the remote control that must have taken on moisture. After taking apart the remote control (unclipped with a knife), a drying with a hairdryer and it's done!
