Wd My Cloud no access to files

Hello,

My Wd My Cloud appears in the file manager, and when I click on it, it opens the WD My Cloud management page on the internet where I can see free space, the number of files, users, shared folders, settings, and I was able to create a safepoint on an external USB hard drive. But I can't access my files! I can't get help on the Western Digital site because my serial number is too old! I've tried every possible trick and tip, but nothing works. It might be a missing driver issue, but how and where can I find it?

    Good evening,

    Right-click on the WD My Cloud icon. Do you have the ability to read files in Windows Explorer?
