Hello,
I can access the MyCloud web page but not the data directly from the Windows Explorer.
Normally, there should be an extra computer in the image above that would be my drive.
I used it without any problem on my Freebox at home. Currently, it is connected to a TP-Link router but it is not working.

Have you tried mapping the NAS?
This article discusses the steps to do so http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=yKkF4p. It doesn't hurt to see what a factory reset will yield (this does not erase data). Page 88 and the following ones here http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=NszS6B provide the details.
