Hello,
It can be just about anything depending on the context in which they were obtained.
Often an original Outlook email signature file that can then be read in Outlook or some other email software.
Otherwise, if it contains anything other than text, there's no way without the software that created it, but otherwise, it should be readable by right-clicking, opening with Notepad.-
