Hacked Google account, stolen access still used by hacker

Hello everyone,
I have a big problem with my Google account (Gmail, YouTube, etc.) that was hacked at the end of March.
On March 29 around 6 PM, I lost complete access to my account. A malicious file that I unfortunately opened allowed the hacker to take control of my PC. They then changed the passwords and recovery options and activated their own phone as a validation method.
Since then, I see that the account is still active, but it no longer belongs to me. It is in the hands of the hacker, who continues to exploit some of my data and YouTube channels. I've tried everything: Google form, support, reports... but each time, the response is that Google is not certain that I am the true owner (even though I have proof, screenshots, old logins, etc., but automated Google won't review my proof).
If anyone has experienced something similar or knows a useful contact at Google, I would appreciate any leads. I just want to recover my account or at least have it disabled if it continues to be used fraudulently.

Here, we cannot do anything as effective as them.
Thank you for the quick response, but I have gone through all these steps without success; Google is telling me there is not enough evidence.
