I can no longer access my Crédit Mutuel account on my PC (Windows 10). I find it rather funny that in 2025 we can't access our accounts on a computer anymore.
Not everyone necessarily has a tablet, and my phone is used for messaging and calling.
Could someone please tell me what to do?

On my PC, I would go to Crédit Mutuel, enter an ID and a password, and I would receive a text message on my phone. And there were no problems; I had access to my accounts. However, today that is no longer possible. How can we accept that in 2025 one can no longer access their accounts on a computer? I don’t have a tablet, and I want to continue accessing my accounts on my PC and not on my phone.

I just had the same issue with my life insurance on Firefox; it works fine with Brave or Chrome!
Note that nothing is stored on your PC, no software or application, everything is done online (except for a password)
It is true that validation on a smartphone accompanies the management of online accounts

Hello, you need a smartphone to access the account via digital confirmation.
In fact, there are many apps related to your accounting, banking, electricity, health insurance, taxes, etc. Smartphones are almost mandatory today with fingerprint recognition and a reasonably recent Android.
