Suspended PCS account

Good evening, my PCS account has been suspended for no reason even though I was able to log in earlier that morning. There isn't a lot of money in it, just €360. My other cards work, except for this one. Of course, there is no money in the others.

    Thank you for your response, I wanted to know if there are people in my situation, I'm not very comfortable with forums.

      There are probably others too, but that's not going to solve your problem.

      For your issue, the only option is to discuss it with them directly.

      Generally, a ban is permanent in most cases.
