Session disconnected on the ants.gouv.fr site
Worg -
Hello,
I have 2 laptops and on the Dell, I cannot connect to my ANTS account. I keep getting the message "session disconnected." I have tried several times over several weeks and with different browsers to no avail. However, it works fine on my smartphone and another PC.
I can't find help on the ANTS site, could someone assist me?
Thank you very much.

Hello.
Clear your browser cache, close the browser, open the browser and try to connect.

If that doesn't work, since many people often install anything on their browser like extensions that are not always very relevant, try removing extensions you don’t recognize or resetting your web browser:
Firefox firefox-reset-add-ons-settings
Edge how-to-repair-or-reset-edge
Google Chrome Repair reset Chrome settings.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Hello,
Same here, portable PC tablet, smartphone is fine!
My desktop PC, I was able to once, since then it's always "Session disconnected"!
Of course, I've tried Mozilla, Edge, cleared the cookies, dug through the Win 11 registry, done the updates: NOTHING! Nada! Incredible, since it's the one connected to the printer, it's a pain...
Since I have noticed from experience that people install all sorts of things on their browser, such as extensions that are not always very relevant, have you tried removing extensions you don’t recognize or resetting your internet browser:
Firefox firefox-reset-extensions-settings
Edge how-to-repair-or-reset-edge
Google Chrome Repair reset chrome settings.
I had already done it, I just did it again without success!
Hello, did you find a solution for this problem?
Hello,
No, it didn't work and I haven't used the site since.
Regards
Same problem, I can't connect with my phone. Tablet and smartphone are fine. Still the same message: session disconnected.
I have followed all the procedures described above and there is no change. Any other solution?
Thank you
Hello, on my side I found a somewhat strange solution to this problem that worked for me (and hopefully for you too):
I went to my Windows settings -> Time & Language -> Date & time, checked that the time is set to the Paris time zone and very importantly that the "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time" and "Set time automatically" options are enabled. If that doesn't work, try "Synchronize now" in the menu.
It seems that the computer's time must be synchronized to the exact second with that of the site, and this is not automatically the case on all machines, so that might be the issue, hoping this solves your problem :)
