Viruses and internal hard drives

Hello,
I'm changing computers and I wanted to copy the images and documents that I want to keep onto two external hard drives that already had files, but I only used them rarely for certain files and I transferred some from one to the other plus some from my C drive, and then surprise: attacks reported by Windows Defender.
I did thorough scans and some known adware have been quarantined, but others reported as potentially unwanted or even undistinguishable from a useful application or possibly a real threat have never been eliminated. I don't know what to do about them?? And can they be eliminated? Windows Defender, in its actions, only offers other scans and not direct elimination! But should they be eliminated? If they are nonetheless essential for the functioning of certain apps???
Thank you for your always enlightened responses

Hello @matou83 StatutMembre.
This has nothing to do with viruses, these are just programs that Windows Defender is warning you about. The programs you've transferred to your hard drive may possibly carry adware. If you don't install them, there's nothing to worry about, so it's nothing too serious. I see that one of them comes from Softonic; you should avoid this site, as most of the software there is repackaged and contains adware. You just need to be careful when installing this kind of free software, see what follows.
When installing free software, it's important to read the various screens carefully to avoid installing unwanted additional software.
You need to uncheck the boxes they propose; they aren't always visible at first glance.

A greeting, a response, and a thank you are always appreciated.
Hello,
I'm not sure I understand, these are not documents that are likely to be affected unless we include those necessary for the configuration of certain programs?
The mentioned sites or programs are reported to potentially be the source of unwanted programs (PUA), such as toolbars, third-party spyware or adware, or even third-party software that is not useful for the operation of the main software...
This does not necessarily mean that the programs in question are viruses.
But Windows Defender is doing its job by alerting on anything that may have dubious origins, for example by censoring everything that refers to the word Softonic since that site is certainly questionable.
It’s up to you to do what you want with it, the alerts will continue to exist unless you exclude the affected software or delete them.

Thank you bazfile, in fact I shouldn't have deleted the 3 files shown as potentially dangerous at the end of the detailed analysis: low danger, but I put them in quarantine. Two of them were actually from previous virus searches conducted by someone from your team using adwcleaner...
Thank you so much for the time spent informing me, now I'm aware and I will print your advice so I don't forget anything!

Here are the files I deleted, I shouldn’t have but I hadn't read your comments beforehand. 2 are actually anti-virus actions initiated by a guy from your team!!!
Thank you very much for your advice
, I will print your tables so I don't forget anything in the future.
