Hello,

I am on the TGV Lyria and I am trying to connect to the Wi-Fi with my Samsung Android phone, but I get this message:

"Application error: a server-side exception has occurred (see the server logs for more information).

Digest: 2376659948"

I tried to understand by searching online, but the responses didn't reassure me, and most of all, I don't understand anything...

Can you help me and explain, please?

    Hello,

    if we don't know which site you wanted to connect to, we don't know which server you're talking about.

    And there you go ....

    But goodness, the line spacing is so annoying!!

      I wasn't connected to a site yet, just to the TGV Lyria train's wifi...

      When I was about to validate my connection to the wifi, this message appeared...

        oh ok, so it really was an intermediate portal, it should indeed disappear once in another environment.
