Wifi connection issue (Wifirst) Xbox Series S

Hello !!

I have an Xbox Series S that I just brought to my CROUS accommodation, but I can't connect it to the internet. The Wi-Fi in my residence goes through Wifirst, I have the login credentials and I can connect on all my devices except my Xbox. I find the network, I connect to it, and when it's time to enter the credentials, the page closes. Does anyone have a solution?

If I understand what you're explaining, it's the Wifirst captive portal that filters connections.

No solution like that except to discuss the why and how with them.

And voila, there it is ....

But misery, the line spacing is so annoying!!

I found a solution, you need to enter the MAC address of a device that was previously connected to the console and then disconnect the device from the WiFi. It works well for now!
