Slowdown after Windows 11 Update

Hello,
After the last mandatory update in April, my PC, which was functioning perfectly, is now experiencing significant slowdowns, freezes, and cannot open certain web pages (with Chrome or Edge).
What should I do? Thank you

Hello,
Press the Windows + R keys
Type RSTRUI
Then start RSTRUI and see if you have restore points that date back before the problem.
But do not use RSTRUI now.
Rather go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced Startup
Or Settings > System > Recovery... (Windows 11)
To restart and go to Advanced Options > System Restore
Choose another restore point...
Restoring from there risks fewer errors.

I don’t know if this can cause slowdowns, since I have disabled the service.
