Delta player stuck

Hello,

For a few days now, my Delta player has not been functioning. The green light is on. No response from the remote control or anything else. Unplugged and plugged back in: nothing. HDMI cable replaced: nothing. Plug-in is flashing green. No display on the screen either, of course.

If anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears.

I don't know if there is a reset on the device.

Hello,

first an electrical stop/start of 5 minutes, then contact Free customer service if that doesn't fix it.

And there you go, there it is....

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
